I am currently recruiting for an all round Accounts Assistant to support my clients organisation for a period of 3 weeks initally with a review after this time.

Based in Victoria this role is centrally located with excellent commuter links.

The role has a primary responsibility for supporting the transactional accounting records of the organisation, including supporting the finance members producing timely and accurate management information.

Key accountabilities
Processing membership and other income streams including preparation of sales invoices
Analysis and processing of daily online transactions.
Analysis and posting of monthly credit cards transactions
Prepare daily bank reconciliations
Update member direct debit information on CRM
Contact members relating direct debit failures to collect
Assist with credit control
Prepare deferred income schedule for month end
Assist with queries from internal and external sources
Support the annual audit process, both interim and final
Manage petty cash float
Prepare payment runs
Processing of bank transactions
Additional activities as requested by the Head of Finance

No balance on credit card account
