I'm working with an innovative, forward thinking Technology firm, who started from the ground up and now operate with 250 talented individuals are looking for a Delivery Lead/Scrum Master to work with existing mature Agile teams while they continue to strive towards more success!

A great role, suited more towards Agile enthusiast that to want to fail faster and continuously improve delivery. They are currently using cutting edge technology to produce scaleable and accessible products to keep delivering excellent B2B and B2C customer experiences.

This role isn't one where we're looking for a "manager", nor is it a position of power. This is really a leadership role, and one that will require you to gain observe, recommend/educate and execute, rather than demand.

As Delivery Lead, you'll be on top of all things Agile (new trends, understanding which flavours work best for various teams/projects) and have a strong focus on delivery, ensuring quality solutions are able to meet/exceed business demands. You'll also have full autonomy and be trusted within the business to make impactful changes, enabling you to become the driving force for continuous improvement in the adoption of a Lean Agile culture.

Role responsibilities:

  • Work as a servant leader within the project team
  • Act as an enabler to the delivery process across multiple software teams
  • Promote and embed Agile principles and delivery techniques
  • Providing fortnightly team and project progress updates to stakeholders
  • Helping the organisation understand its value stream; how it delivers to its end users; highlighting areas of inefficiencies; and investigating end to end cycle time improvements
  • Encourage, coach and facilitate continuous improvement process, mindset and environment and be a driver in positive change to the organisation
  • Working closely with product owners in adopting an incremental and empirical approach to setting goals against their product roadmap, elaborating and refining on product features and leading product teams with clear sprint goals and story requirements
