I am currently working with a key client based in Sheffield who are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to start this week!

Key Duties

1. Preparing monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reports.
2. Liaise with other Subsidiaries MA regarding inter company charges
3. Reviewing Accruals and Prepayments prepared by Purchase Ledger (PL) and Assistant Management Accountant (AMA)/ Management Accountant (MA)
4. Preparation and entry of ad hoc N/L journals.
5. Reconciliations of Payroll control account.
6. Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger to Nominal Ledger.
7. Review monthly the balance sheet reconciliations prepared by AMA/MA
8. Maintenance of the Sage period access
9. Maintenance of budget files and dissemination of the budget information to Subsidiaries
10. Analysis and interpretation of management accounts
11. Review financial changes to contracts created by Contracts Administration team and advise AMA/MA of changes.

Candidate must be immediate available and to start this week.
