When it comes to the Procurement of our goods, systems and services, there's not just the bottom line to consider. With great buying power comes great responsibility, so we need our Process Excellence Manager to help set the bar high.

You'll take the lead in compliance, controls, procedures and best practice. Our business is constantly changing, so we can never take out eye off the ball when it comes to quality. You'll drive quality MI, allowing you to keep a close eye on our contracts with suppliers, SLAs, systems and internal processes.

Your stakeholders in the procurement team will support our Marketing, Retail, IT, HR and Online functions. So you'll have a good overview of Procurement activity across our business, and you'll be able to spot potential compliance or quality issues and work with your colleagues to find commercially sound solutions.

You'll build strong relationships with suppliers, keeping operational issues on track. You'll manage, mentor and motivate buyers in your team, helping guide and develop them.

We'd like you to bring us extensive experience of commercial Procurement service delivery, ideally from a large, multi-site (or multinational) regulated environment. It would be great if you're up to speed with GDPR. You're a confident leader and negotiator with a genuine desire to make things work. The base location for this role will be in London.

Your colleagues and stakeholders will be based in Leeds, London and Gibraltar, so there's opportunity to travel and get to know the business inside out. It's a great time to join us. Come and see for yourself.
