Fundraising & Marketing Co-ordinator
Are you looking for a varied, entry level role in fundraising and marketing, promoting an amazing charity?
If you’ve worked in a marketing admin role before, or have recently graduated with a marketing degree and are looking to get some great experience, Lewis-Manning would love to hear from you.
Lewis-Manning Hospice is already well known locally as a centre offering excellent palliative care to local people living with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses and their carers. Our brand-new state of the art in-patient unit offers tranquil end of life care for patients in the East of Dorset with stunning views of Poole Harbour. We passionately believe in treating every person and every day as special, ensuring that each individual person knows they matter.
We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic fundraising and marketing co-ordinator who can hit the ground running, work independently and proactively make suggestions for improvements. You will be providing marketing and admin support across the charity, including health care, retail and fundraising communications, connecting with many different audiences.
The position includes:
Supporting with marketing requests from our shops, clinical and fundraising teams.
Helping to organise our external marketing events and conferences.
Supporting with the development of retail and fundraising campaigns and materials.
Working alongside the Communications Manager to produce website copy.
Support the development of the social media campaigns and management producing engaging materials.
Supporting Fundraising activities across all of the fundraising departments.
You will need to have excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, be able to manage projects to deadlines, be competent at excel and handling data, comfortable communicating with a wide range of colleagues and have a helpful, can-do attitude to support our busy marketing team. There will be plenty of opportunity to take on more responsibility in areas of interest, if you wish to lead on key projects and grow your experience.
