IT Support Engineer - Shoreditch

Arnold Ash have been retained by a leading medium sized consultancy to to engage an IT Support professional to work closely with their IT department to deliver exceptional support to their internal customers. The successful candidate will be an articulate, confident and autonomous individual who is equally as comfortable working alone or as part of a team.

The successful IT Support Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Daily and weekly backup confirmations and resolution of issues
  • Helpdesk reporting to IT Operations Manager
  • Microsoft Active Directory new user setup and leavers
  • Helpdesk hardware and software support escalations
  • Antivirus management and deployment
  • Hardware testing and deployment (Printers, USB devices)
  • Key software deployment

The successful IT Support Engineer will have:

  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience providing IT Support
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies; Active Directory, Windows Server 2008-2012, Microsoft Exchange (2012-2016), Windows 7 & Windows 10
  • Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting network issues
