Hays is partnered exclusively with a leisure organisation in Midlothian to recruit an 'Accounts Assistant' to join their friendly finance team.
Your new role
Joining as an 'Accounts Assistant' you will be responsible for 2 separate accounts. This will include the processing of purchase invoices, coding and journal entries, cash and credit reconciliation and weekly inputting of payroll onto a spreadsheet. Please note this is a full time opportunity, working 37.5 hours a week.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have experience working within a similar industry, within an 'Accounts Assistant' role. You will have excellent communication skills, with strong ability to prioritise workload. You will be a team player, ensuring that daily and monthly objectives are adhered to and met.
