Reed Finance is now recruiting on behalf of an SME client in the Antrim area for a part time permanent Company Accountant.

Having experienced significant growth in the last three years, our client now requires a permanent part time Accountant to undertake the full management of the finance function from invoice processing and credit control through to monthly Management Accounts and everything in between.

Working closely with the company directors, the successful applicant will be responsible for a varied remit including;

Annual budgets support with input and analysis;
Preparation of Statutory Accounts;
Performing month end reconciliations & preparation of monthly accounts;
Providing cost analysis where required;
Updating fixed asset registers, depreciation calculations and assist in forecasting;
Quarterly VAT returns;
Daily cash and bank reconciliations;
Daily reporting of revenue;
Processing of supplier invoices;
Credit Control;
Completion of monthly purchase ledger payment runs;
Processing of petty cash and expenses;
Payroll duties including pensions;

All applicants must be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and be proficient in SAGE Line 50 & Payroll.

You will offer practical experience in producing a sets of Management Accounts as well as experience in statutory returns.

You must demonstrate strong financial awareness and business acumen, with a desire to contribute to the overall growth and performance of the business.
