1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer - £25,000

Role: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE)


A brilliant opportunity has become available to join one of Hertfordshire's leading Managed Service Providers. They are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineer to come onboard ASAP. This is the ideal position for an experienced 1st line engineer looking to expand heir technical skillset in a great working environment.

You will be given a training plan and resources to assist you in becoming Microsoft accredited initially, followed by other vendor-specific certifications such as Cisco, Mimecast etc.

There are excellent opportunities for progression internally due to the organisations structure. This position will see you progress through to Tier 2 and 3 Engineer statuses as quickly as you pick the technical skills up!
