An exciting opportunity for an experienced Compliance and Competency Officer to join an innovative leading Organisation in Wealth Management!

This organisation is a leading provider with an excellent reputation of delivering real results for its clients. They provide a rounded service and are looking for a hard working Compliance and Competency Officer to join their well-established team.

Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000 PLUS Excellent Benefits Package.

The key aspects of the role are to work with the T&C Supervisor and Compliance Director in delivering the firms processes and procedures to all fee earners and support staff in line with regulatory requirements.

You will be expected to carry out file checks, and to work in partnership with all colleagues to identify training needs and support adviser improvement through providing written and verbal feedback, coaching, and development delivery.

Assisting the Compliance Director in complaints handling and the preparation of Management Information are some of the varied areas this role will cover.
The Training & Competence (T&C) department works to create and maintain a framework that facilitates continuous improvement and has the customer at its heart.

You will be expected to assist the T&C Supervisor monitor adherence to this scheme and report any issues and/or risks to the Compliance Director.

Candidates should have the Regulated Diploma in Financial Planning, excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style and a desire to join a successful and growing company.
