An exciting market leading client of mine has come back to me today in need of our support once again.

My client has worked hard to grow their business and is trusted to provide high level services to the likes of Nintendo, Warner Brothers and ActiVision (to name a few).

They are in need of a highly talented CCNA qualified Technical Support Analyst to join their team. Supporting them in their strive to stay ahead of the competition.

You will be trusted to support users both face to face and over the phone providing a great opportunity to learn grow and expand in your technical abilities.

You will need to be an excellent, clear and concise communicator with the ability to explain and discuss throughout all levels of the organisation.

We are in need of somone with strong Networking skills, knowledge and understanding of VMware and strong Linux

+ Windows skills (DNS, AD, DHCP, MS Exchange 2010, MS Lync, MDT, W7P) – MCSE or MCITP would be advantageous).

+ Windows 7

+ Microsoft Servers

+ Exchange, Office 365, Outlook

+ Remote access configuration and troubleshooting

+Configuring, monitoring and restoring from backup

+ Interest in Virtualization and shared storage (VM Ware / iSCSI SAN).

+ Basic Linux

+ VOIP (Siemens, MS Lync)

+CCTV or interest in cameras
