Are you currently working in a telephone based customer service role? Are you confident on the telephone? Would you like to move into a professional setting and work in a client focused role?

My client is looking for a client support officer to join their motor claims team. This role is a front-line client facing role based within a reputable law firm. The team are extremely busy and with the influx of work are looking to expand.

The ideal candidate will have a polite telephone manner and will enjoy talking and helping clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the clients understand and are happy with the procedure and how their claim will progress. A customer service background would be advantageous.

While no experience is required, the ideal candidate will be confident, both in person and on the telephone and will be keen to learn. Strong IT skills are essential and the ideal candidate will be looking to begin a career. An interest in the law is desirable.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/TASKS

*Contacting clients over the telephone.
*Inputting the necessary data onto system
*Submitted claims onto the MOJ Portal
*Assisting member of the Portal Team as and when required
*Providing excellent customer care
*Using external databases to obtain relevant information
*To work in any other areas as requested by the Company if necessary which may include other offices.

*Ability to prioritise workload
*Ability to work to deadlines
*Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
*Excellent telephone manner
