A leading name in the UK turnaround and restructuring market are seeking experienced Insolvency professionals to join their Essex office. Over the past 24 months they have entered a momentous stage of expansion with the growth of their leading Insolvency & Restructuring team. The firm are open to candidates between Senior Administrator and Manager grade to further their ambitious growth plans.

Successful applicants will oversee the management and timely delivery of corporate insolvency cases across Administrations, Bankruptcies, Liquidations, CVAs, CVLs, MVLs and Compulsory Liquidations.

There is the added exciting proposition for prospective candidates to become involved in, and be responsible for, a variety of Advisory work including options analysis, asset investigation, financial performance & viability analysis, core restructuring as well as traditional insolvency.

Ideally candidates will be ACA or ACCA qualified and working towards a JIEB or CPI qualification however, this is not a definitive factor and candidates without said qualifications should not be deterred from applying.

Significant, hands on experience of corporate insolvency gained within reputable accounting practice is a must and successful candidates will have been responsible for managing and mentoring small teams, monitoring their delivery and undertaking appraisals. As well as this, another requirement will be a strong background in project managing a mixed case portfolio and up to date knowledge of insolvency legislation, relevant case law, SIPs and guidance from regulators and other government bodies.
