Client Success is a vital team at Airsorted. This is the team that ensures our Hosts are getting the most from our service. We're looking for a rockstar, global leader.

  • Leading data driven projects to identify the biggest issues are clients face and making suitable service adjustments.
  • Developing our Customer Promise and ensuring it's being implemented.
  • Advising on CRM best practice.
  • Leading on recruitment and training practices for Client Success across multiple different markets (currently 10. 38 by EoY19).
  • Seeking opportunities to innovate with technology in order to improve our product and service offering.
  • Creating efficient ways of working to optimise number of clients per account manager.
  • Regular travel required.

Skills & Experience

  • You are a people person through and through.
  • You are an exemplary communicator, having lead on company wide communications projects in the past.
  • You have a depth of B2C experience dealing with a high value client base.
  • You probably have extensive experience, with strong experience in a management position.
  • You have managed teams of Account Mangers before and have proven results.
  • You have run initiatives to improve key metrics such as NPS, CSAT (etc).
  • You have probably worked in a technology focussed startup.
