We are recruiting for an independent, thriving financial advisory practice based in Gateshead. The company have built their trusted reputation on providing responsible, informed and tailored solutions to their client base when it comes to their Savings and Investments, family protection, pensions, estate planning, tax advice and mortgage planning.

The successful applicant will join one of the non-advisory back office teams that take care of client requirements after the initial sale of the product.

Therefore, a successful candidate must be able to give examples of somewhere in their previous work history of having completed administrative tasks within any of the following:

  • Pensions / SIPPS.
  • Mortgages.
  • ISA's.
  • Investments.
  • Life and Protection.
  • Client valuations.

The role will involve offering existing clients an annual review of their services, and preparing the necessary paperwork to allow the relevant advisor to perform the review. Our client is looking for candidates who can demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Strong administration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial terminology
  • Ability to manage own workload and be self motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Positive and confident personality.

They are offering a competitive starting package of £18,000 to £20,000 annual salary, with 33 days holiday per year, + profit share.
