Global Brand Experience and Design Manager

Located near Slough, this company owns some of the most well known health brands in the world and design is so important to the company that it is even represented at board level! Each category has it's own leader (you!) and you will be responsible for setting the design strategy on your brands across all consumer touch points. In the role you lead all aspects of creative conceptualisation and creation on NPD/EPD projects, range redesigns and market disrupting innovations. You will act as the creative leader and will be working with Marketing, R&D, Packaging Engineering and the Design Director. As the new Global Brand Experience and Design Manager you will be the go to person, a highly visible role where you will be presenting to the board, controlling large budgets and responsible for managing not only the relationships with the external creative agencies but at the end of the day the work they produce.
In this role you will consider each element of the brand, every element of the design process, every possible way a consumer (both current and potential) could interact with your brand so you can ensure brand experience consistency. On top of your creative abilities you will also want to be a progressive people manager and will want to understand and advocate the financial implications of excellent design (but don't worry if you aren't a excel guru there will be plenty of training available).
