The Role

An opportunity has arisen within the IT department for a hands-on Business Systems Manager. This is a senior appointment reporting to the IT Manager with responsibility for managing two developers.

This is an exciting time to join the business as they have recently embarked upon an ambitious growth strategy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support that growth by ensuring we continue to operate a pro-active, efficient, technology based environment, geared towards maintaining the highest standards of client care.

This role will take ownership of our current business systems which includes Eclipse Proclaim PMS, iManage Worksite DMS, Intapp Time Cloud and Qlik business intelligence software. Knowledge of these systems would be an advantage.

In addition this role will carry out analysis of existing procedures and working practices to identify how these can be improved by the application of technology, for example by implementing Case Management workflows.

A key aspect of this role will be to ensure that users of the systems receive prompt and decisive support in relation to any issues as and when they occur.

Essential Skills Required

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years` experience working in a similar role in a professional services environment, have an analytical mind-set with an ability to develop solutions to complex problems and importantly can integrate well into a team and build strong working relationships.
