Cwmbran - £9.00 - £10.00 Per Hour + Holiday Pay
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in the Cwmbran area for a friendly and enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk. The role is being offered on a temporary capacity until September whilst they restructure the finance department.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a small company environment, and helping out with a variety of finance and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Administration of the purchase ledger, matching delivery notes with invoices
2. Posting invoices and expense claims in a timely manner
3. Checking and reconciling supplier statements
4. Posting transactions to the system
5. Filing invoices
6. Petty Cash
7. Ad hoc finance tasks as and when required by the team
The successful candidate will possess good Excel skills and previous experience of working with a variety of accountancy systems would be highly advantageous. The ability to communicate with all levels of people is vital and you will be happy to roll your sleeves up and help out with any task, in order to get the job done and support this close knit team.
