Our client requires a forward-thinking and creative Marketing Manager to join a vibrant and busy Marketing team. Working within their Cowley office, you will be responsible for managing and driving our client's partner marketing activities with a defined list of our client's partners over the telephone and with occasional travel.

The candidate will possess a superior level of marketing understanding, communication and negotiation skills as they will be responsible for a number of country and client stakeholder relationships. It is crucial that the individual is able to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision in a team of account managers but understands when and how to escalate and share information with the wider team.
The Marketing Manager role is to become the 'virtual marketing manager' for selected top-tier partners in the assigned territories. The individual will represent our client and is accountable for building and delivering marketing plans with partners, using our client's tools and content (without needing any localisation) to drive delivery in country supporting partners, distributors and our client alike.

Offer package:
Salary:£25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience
Duration:Permanent
Hours:35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location:Cowley, Oxford

Responsibilities will include:
*Work with a selected group of partners
*Build marketing plans, drive marketing execution into local markets and marketing pipeline
*Exercise our client's funds and resources to deliver identified marketing outcomes
*Report on campaigns, engagement, funds and resources committed, and measurable outcomes
*Provide training and support to drive capability to market to partners
*Provide reporting to measure effectiveness of activity
*Be the focal point for through partner marketing, co-marketing planning and execution by partner
*Be the 'virtual marketing interface' as seen by the partner and for our client's Marketing team
*Provide business insights, management reports and understanding of deliverables and outcomes
*Become an extension of the marketing function with target partners and distributor
*Ensure that project goals are clearly defined
*Definition and delivery of marketing plans and
*Strong and consistent delivery of client success metrics

Candidate specification:
*Be recognised and capable of providing marketing support and services as a mid-level Marketing Manager
*Have relevant experiences in performing a sales and/or marketing
*Possess near-expert skills in marketing support processes and optimised systems usage to drive outcome
*Fluency in French and English to professional level
*1 - 3 years' experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably for an IT vendor, partner or agency
*Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner
*Strong PPT, Excel and Word skills. Ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner
*Ability to grow relationships by executing flawlessly, being perceived as added value to the client beyond project deliverables becoming a trusted advisor to the client
*Strong communication skills in local language and in English.
