SEN Learning Support Assistant for a PRU based in Newham
Time Plan Education are proud to be working with an OFSTED good SEN provision for pupils with social, emotional, behavioural and mental health needs within the borough of Newham.
All of the students have social, emotional and mental health which presents itself through challenging behaviour. All the students have their own complex challenges which include attachment & anxiety disorders. Many are looked after children and have either witnessed or experienced sexual exploitation, violence or involved with gang related crime.
The successful candidates will have experience in working with children who have social, emotional, behavioural and mental health needs. Will be able to build positive relationships and make the time to really understand the complex needs of each pupil.
To apply for this role, you will need to have:
- Experience and understanding of social, emotional, behavioural and mental health
- A current DBS
- A strong whilst nurturing personality
