Your new role
Your new role as the Alumni Engagement Manager will be to create a comprehensive strategy to contribute the University's ambitious fundraising income targets. You will lead a teams of individuals that are brought in to work on telethon campaigns as well as seasonal volunteers. You will be looking at what has been successful previously and where you can optimise direct marketing campaigns to be as target as possible.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will come from the Higher Education or Charity sector working on direct marketing and fundraising campaigns, you will have had budgetary control previously, being personally driven by targets and ultimately having great stakeholder engagement, analysing how the market place wants to be spoken to and engaging them with targeted creative campaigns
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary up to £47K + benefits, there is also the opportunity for flexible working and working from home 2 days a week. You will be leading the organisations alumni engagement and have the ability to guide the organisations team as they continue to grow and develop.
