Our client a successful organisation based in Hinckley that's gone through superb growth in the last few years is looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Clerk to their small friendly team.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Team Leader you will be responsible and accountable for assisting with the Purchase Ledger function.

The Role:
· Processing Invoices, Credit Notes and Petty Cash Forms.
· Dealing with supplier and internal queries in a timely and efficient manner.
· Reconciliation of statements on a monthly basis, making sure queries are resolved
· Completing payment runs.
· Setting up of new suppliers on the system, including sending confirmation letters.
