·Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements
·Manage all queries between our employees, HR team and our external providers
·Delegated Authority for the Group Payroll & Benefits Manager when required
We are looking for a competent and experienced Payroll Supervisor with solid financial acumen, experience of payroll calculation and processing, proficient in payroll and accounting software and be equipped with the latest payroll legislation.
To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator at all levels with an exceptional attention to detail and problem analysis/solving skills to make a positive impact to the team and wider business.We are also at the beginning a journey to review all of our processes and ways of working so if you are comfortable with a level of ambiguity and manual input we would welcome your support to help us develop and improve our payroll service over the coming months.
