IT Support Analyst – Watton, Norfolk - £27-30k
This is an excellent opportunity to join a Global organisation.
In this role you will act as support for day to day system, hardware and software issues and will be responsible for company’s IT and phone infrastructure. You will need strong IT support experience.
The environment is largely Microsoft and will therefore incorporate Active Directory and Windows 7/10 administration such as setting up new users, deleting users and resetting passwords. From a hardware perspective, the role will involve the implementation and trouble-shooting of desktops, printers and mobiles.
Responsible for company IT infrastructure, Desktops, Laptops, Phones, Network Connectivity and server monitoring.
Setup new hardware, including the configuration and installation of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and phones
Maintain and setup AV/Presentation equipment (Polycom)
Responsible for Hardware/Software Audits and document IT policies and procedures.
Spam and antivirus management.
Monitor System Alerts on servers and report any problems.
Assist in Maintaining company database and backups.
Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Manage Office 365/MS Exchange/AD/Users
Support other group companies and Offices
Strong Microsoft Active Directory/ Group policy/DNS/DHCP/Office 365 support and administration
Should have experience of working with Windows 7/8/10, Office applications, Hyper-V and Microsoft Office 365 Hybrid environment
Software installs and updates
iOS and Android familiarity
Experience of managing Samsung PBX systems will be added advantage.
Experience of working in a service desk role.
