Your key responsibilities:

- Accountable for the Release Process and Plans: working with the Scrum & external teams to identify all development & test tasks required to support the release, Identifying and tracking all dependencies for a release, Identifying, mitigating and communicating all risks/issues, manage all release defects and communicate regular updates to line management and key stakeholders on progress.
- Perform software configuration management activities.
- Help establish best practices for automated build, CI and deployment
- Create & improve Release processes and documentation.
- Composition of Business Release Notes and check the integrity of the Deployment guides.
- Improving the Release Process and Code Branching strategy to help with releases and hotfixes.
- Provide support for production deployments and troubleshooting issues.
- Report effectively on the progress, and escalate any issues in a considered and timely manner

Your skills:

- Extensive experience in Release Management.
- Experience as a release / configuration / build engineer. Proven track record of successful test and release management
- Exceptional planning skills - being able to plan for multiple releases
- Proven track record of process improvement and governance
- Experience managing Senior Stakeholder relations, expectations and issues
- Development Background.
- Degree in Computer Science
- Understanding of project life cycle and Agile methodologies
- Proficient in using Jira and Source code management tools.
