Would you like the opportunity to work for a leading supplier of Recruitment Service in the Aviation Industry?

Aviation Recruitment Network are excited to have 2 positions available as Compliance Administrators to join their growing compliance department at East Midlands Airport.

Experience in this role is not essential, we are looking for a strong communicator who is a highly motivated self-starter looking to take the next step in their career.

The main duties of the role are:

Conducting 5 year security clearance checks on all temporary and permanent employees
Contacting companies, educational & third party institutions on a daily basis in order to obtain references
Processing our staff payroll on a weekly basis (full training will be provided if you have no experience)
Answering incoming calls and assisting with general queries and day to day branch administration
Assisting the recruitment team with candidate registrations

As this is a varied role we are looking for someone who is:

A great communicator either by phone or in person
Experienced in office Microsoft packages, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Comfortable with working to deadlines
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Attention to detail is key for this position, we therefore require individuals with a minimum GCSE Grade C or above in English & Maths.

We are looking for someone who ideally has some experience as an Administrator, Recruitment Administrator, Recruiting Advisor, Payroll Assistant, Payroll Administrator, Customer Service Assistant, Customer Service Agent, Outbound Call Centre Agent, Inbound Call Centre Agent, Branch Administrator or experience interacting with the public in a professional environment.
