Insurance Sales Administrator

This family-run company is firmly established as an expert provider within their field. They offer fantastic on the job training and the chance to progress. You will be working within an established team who have become known for their caring attitude, commitment to customer service and friendly approach. The team show their hard working attitude but have fun whilst doing this with dressing up days, charity events and friendly office competitions.
You will be responsible for telephone sales and customer service calls, contacting customers ahead of their upping renewal, dealing with account enquiries and assisting with administration.
You need industry experience for this position however full on the job training is offered..You must have strong customer service skills, be confident using the telephone and have some form of working towards targets ideally.
The salary is £17,000 - £22,000 and you will receive fantastic company benefits to include monthly team bonus which is based on targets met,. 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays, free parking and on the job learning and development. The hours are 8.30am-5pm/9am-5.30pm or 10.30am-7pm on a rota basis which may only be 1 or 2 late nights per week, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.
