Reporting to the Head of Sales you will be responsible for selling high value capital equipment, spares, service and process solutions into international territories to consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to department improvement, function and performance. You will also develop new business in new markets and maximise revenue and increase scope of business with existing customers.
Responsibility for achieving the company sales targets and profit targets applicable to all assigned brands products on an International market.Responsibility for overseeing all projects from quotation to order closure and delivery at final site.Negotiation and preparation of commercial contracts.Working to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in the products and services supplied by the company.Preparing accurate forecasts of business and market needs, with formulated travel and sales strategies to achieve sales targets.As part of the sales role, identify and contribute to the effective recruitment of suitable professional agents in certain territories as required.
The position is fully supported by the Head of Sales, Internal sales support, Marketing and Engineering departments. Full training will be given to achieve success
The successful candidate will be an English speaker, confident, professional with good communication skills. You will have experience in a manufacturing culture and have a successful and proven consultative sales track record in capital equipment or can demonstrate the capabilities to attain a consistent sales achievement level. Ideally you will have an electrical engineering background and be able to work as part of an international team in a highly focused competitive environment. You should be Microsoft Office competent and have knowledge or be willing to learn CRM systems and their benefit.
