To manage accounting, reporting, audit and tax functions of the investements made.
A fast growing Financial Services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre are looking for a Financial Accountant to join them.
As the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for:
Maintain accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of data and skills
Prepare and review quarterly management accounts
Have a clear understanding of reporting requirements, the structure of the existing reports and deliverables
Prepare timely and accurate year-end support files for annual audits as required
Prepare and review draft annual financial statements in accordance with UK GAAP and US GAAP
Liaise with auditors and tax advisors to ensure delivery of completed PBC lists and timely completion of audit and tax engagements
The ideal Financial Accountant will demostrate the following:
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)
Two to four years experience in a similar role#
- Proficiency in Excel and other MS products
£40000 to £45000 + bonus
