Hours of Work: Monday - Friday (9.00am to 5.00pm)

Duties:

    Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are matched in a timely manner to ensure that suppliers are paid on timeBe responsible for managing your allotted supplier accounts with both internal and external stakeholders to resolve any queries/disputesConduct monthly statement reconciliationsProvide cover for the accounts payable shared mailbox on a rota basis and take incoming calls received via the accounts payable hunt line Review invoice listings and ageing reports to ensure any aged held items are progressed in a timely mannerAd-hoc accounting admin duties as and when requiredBank Reconciliation on ASCPetty Cash ReconciliationCash and Barclaycard expense coding and inputtingCash expenses payments via HSBC BACSSupplier payments via HSBC BACS

Requirements:

Essential

    Intrastat and EC Sales ReturnsVAT ReturnsCIS Sub-Contractor deductions and paymentsStrong accounts experienceAccurate data entry skillsAbility to work under own initiativeExcellent communication skills both written and spokenExcellent organisation skillsAbility to multi task and stay calm under pressureKeen eye for detailExperience of Microsoft Office. With particular reference to:
    Excel

    Previous ERP experience
    Flexible approach to work and hours
