About Us

Due to our continued growth and expansion, we are currently seeking a Junior Sales Executive to join our team. You will report directly to the Senior Account Manager and will be responsible for growing our clients and reaching out to potential partners thus expanding our database.

The Role

It will be your responsibility to uncover new business opportunities for all areas of the business. To do so, you’ll start off by emailing and then progress to calling to brand-new prospects. You’ll qualify the needs of potential clients and prospects and where relevant, book a time for them to meet with one of your senior colleagues.

You will need to:

    Accurately and efficiently respond to potential client needs and enquiriesHandle customer policies from quote through to final saleProvide a superior client serviceUpdating and maintaining accurate client recordsSeeking opportunities for referral business from client baseManage effective data input on SalesForce platformListening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a saleMaintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emailsCold calling to prospect for new businessResponding to incoming email and phone enquiries in a timely mannerNegotiating the terms of an agreement and closing salesOvercoming objections with a view to getting the customer to buyReviewing your own sales performance, building pipeline to meet or exceed targetsGaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements

    On offer is a salary of up to £30,000 (D.o.E) plus commission. It’s likely you’ll make up to £35k in your first year. Years 2 and 3 are where the money will start to get exciting!With guidance from your Manager, you’ll be in a prime position to develop a seriously successful career with the business. Position: Contract Salary: £95 per day - £115 per day (aka. £25,000 to £30,000 p.a.) + uncapped commission
