We are looking to recruit a motivated service delivery manager to work in our Birmingham office. This role will support our companies growth strategy.

Role Overview:

The key requirements for this role will include managing a number of domestic gas servicing and repair contracts for our social housing clients based in and around the Birmingham area.

Requirements of this job include;

  • Managing multi-disciplinary teams such as servicing, repair, installations etc.
  • Ensuring both statutory and regulatory compliance in all relevant areas
  • Maximising profit and decreasing loss on all contracts
  • To deliver and report to the Liberty management team on operational performance
  • Build client relationships
  • Develop, maintain and improve on KPI's
  • Manage on site supervisors to ensure technical standards are met, tool box talks delivered, client/tenant satisfaction etc.
  • To monitor, report and accurately profile on a regular basis, financial performance and expenditure of budgets for all relevant service areas
  • To ensure the effective supervision and control of all work carried out to all properties under the contract including preparing of valuations, agreement of variations and billing for all completed work
  • To ensure that all contracts are effectively monitored throughout the contract period, in conjunction with appointed partners and stakeholders
  • To assist in the development of performance management, contribute to improvement plans and to be actively involved in the implementation and monitoring of service improvements.
  • To actively engage with existing and new group members to work towards a consistent approach to compliance, service delivery and other group services
  • To provide the appropriate levels of support and input in the procurement of growth opportunities and the delivery of services
  • To undertake such duties as are reasonably commensurate with the level of the post
  • Personality and attitude is regarded as being equally important for this role.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    The suitable candidate will be ACS qualified/gas safe registered, with extensive experience and knowledge in servicing, fault finding/repairs and installations to domestic gas appliances.

    Additional job specific training will be provided to the successful candidate.

    Additional Information:

    The successful candidate will be subject to the company's verification and vetting process. This includes a basic right to work and criminal record checks.

    We anticipate interviews to take place at Cranmore Place, Solihull, B90 4RZ starting in the beginning of June 2018.
