PURCHASE LEDGER SUPERVISOR
We are currently recruiting for Purchase Ledger Supervisor to work on a Fixed Term Maternity Cover - Up to 12 Months.
We now have an opportunity for a highly professional individual to be employed as a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will supervise the Purchase Ledger team on a daily basis. Ensuring all invoices and credit notes are processed accurately and timely and paid in line with the company cashflow policy, also guaranteeing company payments are adhered to. Making certain adequate systems are in place to monitor supplier statements and resolve any PL queries effectively and efficiently. The successful candidate will demonstrate the Company's values and behaviours that drive business performance, customer and quality excellence and engagement of our people. They will lead and build a high performing team that in turn adds value to the business in line with budget and relevant financial constraints. Educated to GCSE level including Maths & English, the successful candidate will have previous experience supervising a Purchase Ledger department and have operational knowledge from past roles. It is essential that you have experience of using a P2P (Purchase to Pay) system and it would be advantageous if you have implemented a P2P system in a previous role. Working to regular deadlines is therefore vital that you are a highly organised and conscientious individual. You will have working knowledge of Excel and will ideally have experience of working with SAP.
21 days hols + B/H - Salary £24,000 - £26,00
