This leading marketing and customer loyalty business is looking for a Media Campaign Executive to manage campaign pipelines for its media campaigns that reach customers of some of the most influential FMCG brands in the UK. As Media Campaign Executive, you will take on some serious responsibility for ensuring media campaigns are set up and executed and that any issues are communicated in the correct way. By doing this, the Media Campaign Executive (a.k.a you!) will get the opportunity to truly make a difference to a new business and have an impact on its future success.

As Media Campaign Executive, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Taking ownership for the pipeline of work coming from company partners, publishers & agencies. This will mean:
• Collating creative and other collateral ahead of campaign execution and passing to buyers in a timely manner
• Monitoring progress by attending the weekly meetings with marketing analytics partners and from these meetings, verify pipeline is up to date and escalate any issues to relationship owners
• Ensuring financial trackers, PO/Invoices are issued and current. This will mean:
• Ensuring that finance software is current (Salesforce and BASE)
• Ensuring the supplier/client list is up to date and adding new suppliers/clients to the system when required
• Raising POs and validating invoices when they come in from suppliers
• Creating invoices and ensuring clients pay in a timely manner
• Track the finances against the pipeline to verify that we are tracking to plan

The successful Media Campaign Executive will have the following skills and attributes:

• Proven experience in Digital Media with either agency or in-house publisher experience, ideally managing multiple campaigns at the same time
• Have a good understanding of the Digital Media space, ad trafficking and the costs involved
• Strong interpersonal skills; someone who will be comfortable working with multiple teams
• Strong organisational skills to manage the pipeline and communicate the status clearly
• Is passionate about working with established brands
• Works with a hands-on attitude to assist in establishing a new and exciting part of the business
• Keen to develop a career in digital media
