EMEA Payroll Specialist £16 - £17ph - 3-month assignment.

Independently responsible for the accurate reporting and processing of payrolls across EMEA, the Payroll Officer, EMEA will work closely with outsourced vendors and business partners to ensure employees are being paid accurately and timely.

What You'll Do:-

Coordinate, review, and balance monthly payroll for UK and EMEA o 6 payroll cycles across EMEA; it is the same payroll process for all of the countries, all on monthly paid on 25th of the month; UK payroll, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Dubai o Approx. 500 headcount across all of the payroll runs.

Collect and validate payroll inputs; bonus and incentive payments, additional pay items, and deductions o EXTRACT files out of Workday system that has all the information stored (address changes, bank details, etc.) & from other sources (HR or Sales Comp Planning for bonuses, commissions)

Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions and payments to employees are processed accurately and timely, seeing that wires are transmitted when needed.

Payroll vendor is IIPAY, requesting wires via email and receiving funding requests; all completed over a wire template

Process starts on the 5th of every month, with all requirements and templates completed by the 11th of the month; Payroll vendor sends trail reports for AUDIT, and funding requested by the 20th of the month; overall approximately a 15-day process.

After payroll is funded, follow up on enquiries - Ensure payroll is run according to legislation and that all statutory reporting requirements are met in each country.

Coordinate P11D and year-end submissions

Partner and interact with HR representatives to ensure appropriate data collection for employee setup with outsourced payroll vendors

Seek innovative ways to improve payroll processes or procedures

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information

Assist the Global payroll manager in development and implementation of payroll business processes and work rules

Support the tax and finance teams with any payroll queries they might have

Work with Payroll Team to troubleshoot Payroll or HR Status related issues What

You will need: -

Payroll/accounting experience preferred -2-3 years at a company that is comparable

Degree preferred, but not required

Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook required - any excel skills are great (all the templates are excel; sorting and filtering is a must, v-lookup is a must)

Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines

Exceptional organization and analytical skills

Ability to complete tasks in efficient and timely manner

Outstanding customer service skills
