A large regional housing association which has recently gone through a restructure are looking to strengthen their Liverpool office with the addition of a Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer will specialise in Lifts, Water and Estate Safety. They have an extremely reputable name as one of largest housing association in the North West are planning to continue their growth into the New Year through large development budgets.
Day to day role responsibilities will include -
- Ensure all Lift, Water and Estate Safety servicing, testing and inspection processes are carried out correctly and records of certification is appropriately recorded
- Ensure effective management and administration of contracts
- Accurately updating computer systems in line with compliance measures
- Take overall health and safety responsibility and compliance with legislative requirements for all investment activities within the region, to include delivery of a comprehensive programme of training in Lifts, Water and Estate Safety
In addition to the above the Compliance Officer would need prior experience of Lift or Water Compliance and knowledge of construction contracts and therefore, effective administration. It would be desirable to have prior knowledge of core housing systems, business planning and Asset Management systems
