MANE Contract Services is an award winning international recruitment business based in Watford, looking for a Compliance & IT Administrator to assist with maintenance of the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems, co-ordination of Sentinel duties and day-to-day IT support for the business.

This is a full time permanent role (M-F, 8.30am-5.30pm) paying a salary up to £21,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a great benefits package including; Bupa medical cover (for the family), early finish Fridays and various company incentives.

The successful Compliance & IT Administrator will have experience working in an administration role, a keen eye for detail, methodical approach, and be a good communicator. Experience of compliance in the recruitment industry and a passion for I.T. (software and hardware) is desirable but not essential.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of a Compliance & IT Administrator:

*Maintain supplier vendor databases, including Sentinel database.

*Provide support with Sentinel co-ordinator tasks to include pre-employment screening, medicals and for-causing screening, booking training and monitoring competences, co-ordinating site visits, distribution of PPE and work wear, monitoring of working hours and starter checking & right to work checks.

*Amending IMS documentation (e.g. work instructions, forms etc) to ensure all procedures, work instructions and forms reflect current processes.

*Follow up on Corrective Actions and Data Breaches raised and maintain the Corrective Action Log.

*Deal with Accidents, Incidents & Near-Misses reported internally and externally, including investigation to establish preventative measures.

*Ensure Customer Satisfaction questionnaires are sent in accordance with the procedure and in order to maximise the number of returns, and analyse results.

*Conduct Monitoring and Measuring activities and ensure results are recorded appropriately for evidence purposes.

*Administer Approved Supplier procedure, maintaining a list of suppliers and their approval basis.

*Completing Tenders and Requests for Information from existing and prospective clients.

*Continually review Objectives and Targets to ensure progress is made, and take any necessary action to achieve Targets in a timely fashion.

*Maintain a list of defects reported and co-ordinate investigate and resolution of any IT and facilities-related issues.

*Carry out database management and maintenance to comply with data protection principles.

*Liaise with the companies responsible for IT and telecoms to maintain a smooth and consistent service supply.

*Conduct and participate in internal and external audits.

*Perform Workplace Inspections to identify any health, safety, security or environmental hazards and arrange action to control hazards identified.

*Renew and maintain other safety-related accreditations.

*Identify any changes in legislation, industry standards or other requirements that may affect the IMS and raise these with HR & Compliance Manager.

*Assist in the preparation of reports for Management Review to Board of Directors, including results of audits, customer satisfaction and achievement against objectives and targets.

*Any other HR or ad-hoc administrative tasks allocated by the HR & Compliance Manager.

Knowledge and Skills required for the Compliance & IT Administrator role:

*Appropriate training and experience to carry out Rail Compliance duties.

*Relevant training and knowledge of the Company's IT and telecoms systems.

*Organisational skills.

*Communication skills.

*Time Management skills.

*Computer Literacy.

*Attention to detail.

*Adherence to the RISQS, Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems.

*Understanding of Rail Industry standards.
