General Description: The Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for day to day calling on our client’s accounts with a view to reaching the aims of that client, whether that is arranging appointments, generating leads, cleaning data or undertaking market research. They will also be expect to complete detailed records of the calls made on either a CRM system or an excel database. They will be expected to represent our clients in a business-like and professional manner.
- Booking new meetings with prospective clients
- Making upwards of 100 outbound calls per day
- Filling in databases or CRM systems accurately and with high levels of detail
- Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager on how the campaigns are going
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to think on your feet and use features and benefits
- A good clear telephone manner
- Tenacity and resilience
- Basic IT skills Word, Excel etc.
- A cheerful and positive disposition
- A minimum of 1 years outbound B2B calling experience
- A proven track record of arranging quality appointment
