Exciting Management Accounts opportunity within a market leading organisation.

Your new company
Hays are currently working with a market leading hospitality organisation, who due to growth within their team, are looking for a ambitious, up and coming Management Accountant to join their Birmingham office.

Your new role
Within your new role you will be reporting directly into an excellent Finance Manager, assisting in the preparation and reporting of Management Accounts. You will also perform reconciliations, liaise with business partners, perform variance analysis and review cost allocation.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you must be a driven individual with capability of working within a fast paced environment. You must also be studying towards a qualification (ACCA or CIMA), be proficient in excel, have strong analytical ability and be a comfortable in accounting systems.

You will also be provided with a salary of £23,000 - £28,000 dependent on current experience, as well as a number of company benefits.
