An established and well respected Leicester City based organisation have an immediate requirement for a purchase ledger clerk to join their team on a full time, temporary basis.
Your new role
This full time temporary role is to run until at least the end of July 2018 and is to start immediately. The core responsibilities for this post will be:
- Processing 300 invoices per week by 3 ways match to P/O goods receipts and direct to g/l postings.
- Scanning and uploading copies of invoices to database.
- Filing of hard copy invoices and all associated accounts payable office admin.
- The resolution of vendor invoice queries with both internal and external customers including vendor statement reconciliations.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally the successful candidate will have SAP experience but hopefully the above illustrates that the most important requirement is for an experienced and dedicated purchase ledger clerk. You must be available to work 37 hours per week and able to commit to working hours of 8.45am to 17.15pm.
