Junior Sous Chef - 3 Rosette Standard 3 - Live in !!
My client in the beautiful scenic location of the Cotsworlds, are looking for a Junior Sous Chef, the Junior Sous Chef will ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked correctly, they would work very closely with the Sous Chef to achieve high standards of food production.
Our client is a brilliant 3 Rosette standard 3* establishment, the Junior Sous Chef will be working with the Sous Chef to ensure all the food is cooked and presented to the Company's standard.
As a Junior Sous Chef you'll have a passion for creating high quality food, you'll be punctual and ensure all food is created to a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.
The Person Spec
- Junior Sous Chef/ Chef De Partie experience.
- Experience working for a Rosette Standard establishment preferable.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Smart and presentable in appearance.
- Experience in providing an effective hot place service to the restaurant staff.
- A strong work ethic.
