If so, our ICT Sales and Development team are looking for an Applications Support Officer to join them on a nine month fixed term contract.

You will be working as part of the Support and Operations Team, within the ICT department, assisting with the support and development of the Business Applications.

To excel in this role, you will have worked with business analysts and system users to develop specifications of systems requirements and you will have practical knowledge of applications including UH, Contact Manager and Pamwin. Previous experience of systems analysis and developing system processes and procedures in a CRM or workflow environment would be beneficial.
