Project Engineer, Budget Planning

Position Description:

Assist with Non B2B & ODEC Invoicing and the raising of new fiscal year continuation orders for all budgetary headcount categories. Raise and track orders for Overheads including Consumables, Prototype Tooling, and Stationary.

Support management team in developing process improvement tools - e.g. reduction in waist, improved communication of spend plan.

Skills Required:

Good written and verbal communication skills and ability to create and expand network across different level of seniority

Self-motivated and strong ability to plan workload to meet targets

Good analytical and excel skills.

Experience Required:

The ideal candidate will have a good general business background which may have been obtained within a Finance / Accounting or Business Planning Role. Experience of organisations within the automotive sector would be potentially of benefit, although candidates from outside of this sector would be considered.

Experience Preferred:

Ideally Business Degree, although suitable experience will be considered

Experience working with and using systems specifically RADS, E-Tracker, SAP & IESA.

Free Parking

Hours:40 per week

Rate:£21.50 per hour limited company rate

This role is signed off until 31st March 2019, with a view to renew a further 12 months
