Becoming a Pensions Administrator within our Digital Contact Team with Employee Solutions:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Communications team based within our bright modern offices at Lingfield Point. Over the next four months the team will be the first team within Teachers Pensions to introduce Live Webchat. We are going to be interacting with our customers in new and pioneering ways, introducing various social media communications channels including Facebook & Twitter. If you are looking for a fresh new challenge and have a broad knowledge of Teachers Pensions then we want you on our team.

You must be a pro-active self-starter that is confident in their approach and able to manage their workload. As mentioned above previous pensions experience is not essential however you must be able to demonstrate strong computer and digital media skills, a proven customer service record and passionate about providing good customer service through digital channels including Social Media.

You’ll need to be able to respond to queries tailored to the environment that they are using to contact us and to be aware of how to manage our customer’s queries.

What you will do:


Respond to queries and comments via our Social Media (Inc. Twitter, Facebook & Live Web Chat)

Highlight trends to enable targeted communications to enhance knowledge and customer journey

Work towards tight deadlines whilst always providing a high levels of customer service at all times

Respond to incoming emails, live customer Web Chats, Tweets and Facebook messages

Provide first contact resolution answering all queries in such a way that all ranges of ages and pensions knowledge will understand

Be empathetic and resilient remembering that all comments both positive, negative or constructive are an opportunity to excel and demonstrate our professionalism and pensions knowledge

Your experience will include:


Enthusiasm and determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer service at all times

Ability to meet and work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment

An excellent eye for detail with good written communication skills, spelling, grammar and punctuation.

Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Office and Outlook is essential with fast and accurate keyboard skills

A self-starter, able to manage your own workload but also work well as part of a team
