Our client established in 2005, are recruiting a trainee Claims Administrator to join their team based in Cirencester.

The role will involve working with a team of Claim Assessors, supporting them with day to day tasks along-side learning the role.

Full training will be given.

Main duties and responsibilities will include

· Claim payment and validation

· Claim correspondence

· Maintenance of claim files

· Chasing claim information & telephone enquiries

· Input and basic assessment of claims

· Assessment of Gadget claims via the telephone

· Collecting excesses

· Claim scanning

· Claim analysis

· General administration duties

· Any other duties as deemed necessary within the Department

The right candidate must have:

• Accurate Keyboard Skills

• The ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Word

• A good telephone manner

• A good sense of humour and the ability to show empathy

In return:

• Salary of between £13500 - £15000

• 37.5 hours a week. 9am - 5pm
