South West Grid for Learning is looking for a dynamic, personable and reliable candidate to fill the key position of Junior Web Developer.

This opportunity will provide the successful applicant with the chance to make a real impact to the next generation, parents and education professionals across the UK and internationally. As a valued contributor to the Operations Team at SWGfL, you will work across all projects within the organisation, developing solutions and offering support to the wider team. Your creative ideas and forward thinking will help the organisation continue to lead in its field. Please note, the role is a one year fixed term, with a view to extension for the right candidate.

Your key responsibilities will be the maintenance and development of our suite of web centric products and services.During the role you will learn:







·Adobe Suite


·Windows/Linux Server Management

Previous knowledge and, or experience of working with these technologies would be advantageous, but not essential; this would be a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to break into the industry.

The successful candidate will gain a greater depth of knowledge of both technical and life experience through a positive autonomous and friendly work place culture, providing you with the opportunity to kick start your career as a professional Web Developer.
