Adeptis Group is a 'pure play' Cyber Security recruitment business based in Brighton, UK servicing clients across Europe. Founded in 2015 we have grown to over 20 full time employees covering the UK, DACH, France, Benelux and the Nordics.

We are looking to strengthen our management team by hiring a non-billing manager to run our established sales teams. We will consider those currently in a non-billing management role as well as experienced, billing team leaders who are looking to take the next step in their career.


Managing day-to-day activities of team members including managing attendance, productivity, performance & professional conduct, driving high standards at all timesApproaches people management with integrity and takes necessary steps to address behaviours that may pose a risk to engagement and retention of our clients or colleaguesProactively recognizes and reinforces service behaviours that promote client retention and create win/win situations for the client and for Adeptis GroupDemonstrates an understanding of the employee life cycle and contributes to an inclusive environment that is conducive to the engagement and retention of their teamEffectively articulates expectations and goals, setting SMART performance standards for individual consultantsActively involved in the recruitment process, hiring the best in class candidates to meet the needs of the business and of customersDelivers successful onboarding and continued development; dedicates time for training and coaching activities; providing honest and timely feedback to enable improved performance; setting consultants up for successDemonstrates an understanding of individual strengths, putting in place clear personal development plans and encouraging career conversations; providing support that enables desired progressionEnsuring consultants adhere to relevant sales policies, best practice processes & compliance regulations; continuously educating them around the cycle of service; placing equal importance to each aspect of the customer's journeyKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand ratios and accurately interpret data from Management Information Systems(MIS)Track record as a successful recruiter, ideally into technical marketsStrong IT skills in the use of relevant applicationsStrong planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to effectively prioritise multiple tasks & projectsProven ability to make commercial decisions to improve service, performance and profitabilityProven ability to recruit talent and successfully onboard and induct new recruitsProven ability to engage, manage and develop diverse sales teamsPrevious experience of meeting / exceeding agreed performance standardsPrevious experience of negotiating commercial agreements (e.g. SLAs, employment contracts etc)This is an opportunity to take on a key leadership role within a fast growing and ambitious organisation, offering exciting career prospects, a competitive basic salary commission based on team billings
