What impact will you make? The Opportunity Deloitte are continuously expanding their application inventory across all architectures SaaS, COTS, 3rd party bespoke and internally developed. New applications need to be fully managed to deal with day to day events as well as continuous change, to deliver an optimal service to the business. Role description This role requires an experienced Product Owner or Project Manager who can liaise with stakeholders on all sides and at all levels of the business. They will need to be responsive to day to day unexpected events that impact the products for which they are responsible as well as manage the processes that ensure that their products deliver. They will need to be able to explain technical concepts to the business and business concepts to a technical audience, in a language that respective audiences will understand. Location The role will be based within a one hour commute of Milton Keynes with frequent visits to Milton Keynes and London. Travel to offices other than your base location will be reimbursable in line with standard expense policies. Hours The position is permanent with a minimum of 7.5 hour per professional working day, Monday to Friday. The role is primarily office-based, with agile working subject to line management agreement and project requirements. Responsibilities Working with 3rd parties to escalate issues, establish estimates and monitor SLAs Analysing, prioritising and resolving issues Performing business analysis of change requests Writing Functional Specifications and obtaining sign off from customers Setting work schedules and priorities Maintaining a service road map of maintenance, fixes, enhancements, upgrades and releases based upon input from business and vendor/developers Managing product bug lists and change requests Representing the service on projects that impact the service Liaising with the customer and provision of functional support Monitoring changes and fixes through release process, including: Organising UAT/Functional testing or IT testing Arranging deployment to production and UAT and logging of associated RFCs Communicating release cycles to service owners Reporting on progress, usage and performance - provided by Dice AGILE, BUSINESS ANALYSIS, SAAS
