Brewster Pratap are recruiting an experienced Finance Administration Assistant for a large business based Sheffield. Close to the motorway they are accessible from Rotherham, Chesterfield and Doncaster.


The main purpose of the role is to support the finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager duties will include:

Raising purchase orders on the computerised system
Processing sales invoices
Liaising with internal staff to ensure all account information is received and processed on time
Resolving and reducing queries
Filing, archiving, scanning and emailing
Other ad hoc duties as required

Person Profile

Previous accounts experience is essential
The successful candidate will be qualified / currently studying AAT
The ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude is essential
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, required
You must be able to work on your own initiative and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced, ever changing environment
