Senior Contracts Manager
Lamonby recruitment are currently recruiting for a Senior Contracts Manager to join our client, a specialist design and build contractor based in the West Midlands. They work in a wide variety of sectors ranging from aerospace, defence and biotechnology through to food, pharmaceuticals and healthcare.
The Senior Contracts Manager will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the M&E, construction or fit-out process integration industry and will cover the Midlands region but will also be projects further afield. Projects you will be working on range from £100k- £5m.
Any experience working with design software such as 2D or 3D CAD will be seen as an advantage – it is required to possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience working as a project engineer, contracts engineer, estimator, contracts manager or project manager within the M&E, construction or fit-out process integration.
Contracts Manager Role: -
Taking a client’s enquiry, working with our in-house design team to produce a specification & cost
Running a project from order to final commissioning.
Confident explaining and advising on solutions and problems.
Attend client meetings with the design team and project managers.
Working on site with the installation team & co coordinating site activities directly with the client.
Able to effectively liaise with clients such as main contractors, end users and consultants.
Role Requirements and Qualifications: -
Clean room experience is a must
Good IT, Technical & interpersonal skills
Capable of working with minimal supervision
Design & estimating capabilities an advantage
CAD drawing experience
Knowledge of latest H&S compliance
- Company Car negotiable after probation period
- 25+8 holiday
